What if I’m not in?

If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour, posting a card advising you where they have left it.
If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Do you deliver to my location?
Standard UK Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note deliveries to areas outside UK Mainland may take a little longer.
We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes and any PO Box addresses.

How will I know my Click & Collect order is ready?
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to be collected and if you’ve given us your mobile number, we’ll also send you a text.
To track your parcel, please use the 16-digit tracking ID found in your despatch confirmation email.
How long will it take for my order to arrive in store?
Click & Collect orders will take up to 3 working days to arrive in store. Orders will be delivered to our stores on Monday - Saturday. You will receive your confirmation email once the order arrives in the store.
I haven't had an email or text message to confirm that my order has arrived – What should I do?
If you haven’t received an email or text within 3 working days from when you placed your order and we haven't advised you of a delay, please contact our Customer Services Team.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
To collect your order you'll need to provide:
- Proof of ID (the card used to make the purchase, a utility bill or your Driving License)
- Delivery confirmation email or order number
When in store, please go to the till point or follow signage for Click & Collect to collect your parcel.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, and they will need to show:
- your ID, where the name matches the name on the parcel
- your order confirmation email or text message
I've lost my Order Confirmation email or text message – What can I do?

How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your order for 14 days from the day it arrives in store.
Can I reroute my order to a different store?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery location. We can extend the period we hold the order in-store by up to seven days, or if you cannot collect your order, we can arrange for a refund – please contact our Customer Services Team.
I don't want my order anymore… How can I get a refund?
If you have changed your mind and do not want your order anymore, please let us know by completing the contact us form and we will process a refund for you. Please only contact us after you’ve received confirmation that the parcel has arrived in store, as its only then we will be able to start the refund process for you.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Please allow 10 working days to receive your refund.
