What's your returns policy?

 

For online purchases:

 

You have 28 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund, either to a store or by post with your despatch note as proof of purchase.

 

For store purchases:

 

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase for a refund to any Towp Sports store with your receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) and have all tags attached. If you use the item or remove / tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

 

Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on:

 

  • perishable items

  • jewellery to be worn in a piercing

  • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed

  • customisable goods

Delivery and return costs are not refundable.

 

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders made online. If you wish to exercise your cancellation rights please see the "Statutory Right to Cancel" section below.

 

Statutory right to cancel

 

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not a business) you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, and you may do so by contacting our

Statutory right to cancel

All goods contained in your order must be returned in their original condition (together with all packaging and labelling) and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.

If your contract is cancelled in full, we will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 14 days of our receipt. If you have paid a delivery charge, we will also refund the standard delivery charge to you. Please note, if you have used one of our quicker delivery options, we will only refund the standard delivery charge.

This right does not apply to:

  • perishable items

  • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed

How do I return by post?

Postal returns are only for items bought online and certain items which cannot be returned to our stores.

This will be highlighted on your despatch note in the "Return to store?" column. If an item cannot be returned to store, please follow the postal instruction in the returns section at the bottom of the despatch note.

  1. longer have the despatch note, please include the following information with the return:

    • Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number

    • Email address (the one you use to log on 

    • Reason for return using the following codes:

      • Faulty

  2. Complete the returns form on your despatch note and include it with the item. If you no Incorrect item delivered

    • Arrived too late

    • Unwanted gift

    • Unsuitable

    • Doesn't fit

    • Other

  3. Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:
    Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Prince Charles Dr, London NW4 3FP

  4. Make sure you obtain a proof of postage. Returns sent by post are at your own cost.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Please allow 15 working days to receive your refund.

Can I exchange an item I bought online?

We're sorry but we can't offer an exchange as part of our returns process for items purchased online.

If you are returning something and want the same product in a different size or colour, or simply a replacement product, you will need to place a new order online for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return according to our returns policy as soon as we receive it.

My items/parcel have arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your order is damaged when you receive it, the quickest and easiest way to return it is to visit your local Towp Sports store where we can arrange a refund. Alternatively, complete the Contact Us form providing the Order Number and details of damaged item(s), including several photos of the damage.

The product I purchased is faulty, what should I do?

If something you buy is faulty, we recommend that you take it back to a Towp Sports store with your Despatch Note so that we can review the item and assess the fault.

If the item is faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse, or malicious damage, we will not offer a refund.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

We are sorry this has happened. Please complete the Contact Us form so our Customer Service team can sort it out for you.
